★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed to one of digi staff at this retail services. Sorry to say, I came around to ask him why my line always drop call during calling. I had to call 3-4 times after 5 minutes calling due to sudden drop call. Unfortunately, one of the staff during that time said it must be the poor line network. THATS ALL. He is not even looking at me when talking because he was in the middle of his game (read: playing online games during that time). I thought he could solved my line network problem. Hearing THAT IS ONLY HIS ANSWER, I do not think he is suitable at fixing at anyone’s problem.
Please, I already used digi for more than 5yrs. And It has been a month since i changed from prepaid to postpaid (Go digi 78). I never have this sudden drop call problem during using prepaid digi network. It happens, after i changed it to postpaid Go digi 78.
