★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, nobody was helpful and the security guards are so so rude. Staff was disrespectful either, not welcoming and was on their phones when I was asking some questions. Super absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sinnce last thursday reported a brake down on my internet line and now my land line too.. TM sent me an SMS saying the tried to reach me by phone but i did not received any calls... tried calling them on the land line either they DO NOT pick up your calls or the line simply go into fax line... TM service looks good only reality it SUCKS.... please improve your service since TM you are in a service industry!!

The TMpoint is nicely set up.
Social distancing measures were observed.
Most Telekom transactions can be performed here.
Staff members were helpful and professional.
Cleanliness is good.
There are ample parking spaces available.
Handicapped patrons on wheelchairs can patronize this outlet easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TM has huge problem with their mobile unifi. Went there to register my number but still they themselves couldn't register it for me. They asked me to opt for new number as a last resort. What a joke!!
