β β β β β Very bad mannered staff, refuse to listen when I was explaining my situation and what I want. Then throughout the process, he kept repeatedly ask for the info that I already explained earlier (those that he refused to listen).
The staffs (all three male) talked so rudely to customers, very unprofessional, so low.
They didn't explain the procedures of changing Telco and changing user name properly. I doubt they even understand what they have to do, each staff say a different thing.
I asked which path would be simpler to change my user name when I need to switch Telco from umobile to Digi as well. He told me to switch to Digi first, then u can easily change your name anytime after that. Then after I've switched to Digi, he said I need to wait till my Digi contract ends, else I will have to pay a penalty for changing the name. Bruh, can't u just tell me earlier... I would've picked the other option.
Seriously, such a low grade service... I understand why u can only afford working at this place.

And thier can't check which outlet/branch still have a stock for model Samsung Tab A8..their supposedly have/offer extra miles at least take my number/check for availability not just said "don't have stock/don't know)

β β β β β The staff here are very straightforward and easy to understand. Had my digi problem settled last week with a staff named Elvis, very satisfied and quick. Easy to find parking too???
