โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. Had issue with our Internet Plan, we asked how to solve it. One of the girl workers looks like she doesnโt know what her job is. Suggested us to โmaybeโ go to the Digi Centre where we purchase our sim card and plan. Didnโt even try to call a manager or supervisor. We then asked if we want to change the plan, whats her recommendation. She showed us the same plan we took.
In conclusion, worker doesnโt know what she is doing. Terrible service. Probably canโt even understand proper English. Not to sound racist, but there were three Chinese girls chatting before we entered . My little sister approached and all of them shake their head to our problem and the two of them walked away not even trying to help. Good job :)

โ โ โ โ โ Has walk in to get some advise to change my plan. The sale girl suggest to get a plan with device and together with my 2 others number change to cheaper plan and get more internet.
Good services and advise giving by them.

โ โ โ โ โ Feel cheated by #Digi Store Express Sunway Velocity, I miss out the price on right top area, but I do asked a promoter/sale girl and she said it cost rm43, woo, but no choice, I need a new number for my tablet.
After insert SIMS into my tablet, received sms, show me that I had been top up rm35 and subscribed biGBonus rm35, that's why the cost for this SIMS card is RM 43.
The sale girl never explain to me about this subscribe, please be professional, respect your customer and yourself, be honest!

โ โ โ โ โ TLDR: Useless staff with no interest in serving you. What a joke to this business who even hired them.
Absolute rubbish of a service. No one served us although we stood there looking around for 5 mins. They even had surplus staff. Approached one of them to get more details on the packages offered. He had the nerve to look at us with the face that clearly says "I'm not interested to serve you". Also, his replies to our questions were worse than the bare minimum. I had to literally guide him by asking obvious questions.
Eg 1:
Me: Hi, I'm interested in your RM60 Digi postpaid package for 25 GB. Do you guys still have that promotion?
Staff: Yes...*He literally answered "yes" only and just looked at us blankly*
Me : *After 10 long seconds* Can you then share the package details?
Eg 2:
Staff: *Explaining the RM60 package details*
Me: I also saw an advert outside your shop with the same package but cheaper at RM50.
Staff: That is a different package...
Me: *I was literally standing there for a good 10 secs to wait for him to continue explaining what is the RM 50 package is about but unsurprisingly he just left me standing there like a dungu -_-* So, what is that package then?
The conversation went on and on like that for 5 mins till I couldn't take it anymore and left. Absolutely ridiculous.

โ โ โ โ โ May Chan from this digi centre assisted me with her best effort. She also follow up closely for my request, questions and also sent WhatsApp reminder to me. Very good service, this is what I expect for a quality service. Not like those many local typical customer service companies who try to taichi or do no follow up ur requests. Keep up the good work.
