★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去这间celcom问签电话的plan以及我的电话线能不能签电话，告诉她今年三月我有被cut line，因为over limit了，有说是9月才能签电话，后来叫她帮我check一check看看能不能，而那位华人staff的服务态度以及语气我很不喜欢，不知道是不是本身她就是这样，可是既然我来到，只是叫帮忙check看也不能，一句话回答我（你三月over line就要等10月才能）检查都没有，昨晚是第二次到回去我再问，一位马来服务员服务真是很好，服务很不错，名字叫Haika，很感激他的服务，希望贵公司可以提升他，那位华人服务员就免了吧！
This is the first time I went to this celcom to ask the plan for signing the phone and whether my phone line can sign the phone, and told her that I was cut line in March this year because of the over limit. Some said that I could only sign the phone in September, and then called her. Help me check to see if I can check, but I don’t like the service attitude and tone of the Chinese staff very much. I don’t know if she is like this, but since I came, I just asked to check for help. Answer me (you will have to wait until October to over line in March). There was no check. It was the second time I went back last night. I will ask again. A Malay waiter served really well. The service is very good. The name is Haika. I am grateful for his service and hope that your company can promote him, and that Chinese waiter will be spared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please advise your staff to communicate better. Walked in to ask informations about iphone plan. I asked about how much should i pay etc3, your chinese staff (not sure male or female) i think with tatoo, keep repeating “depends la kalau bayaran bil tak ok”.. excuse me, do you think that everyone is that poor to have problem to pay your bill? Kindly improve your communication skill, your intonation, your body language. I won’t go back to this store because of him. Sorry n thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get the Iphone plan and this lady wasn't even any friendly nor interested in assisting me. Kept on with a bitter face saying "tak janji bila ada stock" and didn't bother to assist me on the "pre-order method" she didn't even assist me with the payment and process of getting the plan. I’ve been to other celcom branch and they were so nice to me but i'm just so disappointed with the service that was provided here.
I mean I’m trying to buy your mobile plan but you're not even please to accept me as a possible customer? celcom should train their customer service skill better.
