★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very2 bad,first pgalaman saya dan terakhir berurusan dgn digi lpasni,saya ambil pakej digi skali hp redmi note 11 x smpai sbulan pkai dh rosak..klau saya pkai lama rosak ok slah saya..x smpai sbulan taw..digi taman tas x ambik tgungjawab lgsung tolak custumer pergi anta centre,centre plk merapu..bila ckp nk bru mmg x dpt laa,so x smpai sbulan pkai dpt hp like secondhand..msa mule ambik pakej pon kena but ok,so skrg digi x rugi sbb still pkai contract dia lpas tgan and I yg rugi
Very2 bad, my first experience and the last one dealing with digi lpasni, I took the digi skali hp redmi note 11 x package until I used it for a month and it was damaged..if I used it for a long time, it was damaged, ok, I'm fine..x until a month later..digi taman tas x ambik tgungjawab lgsung tolak custumer pergi anta center, center plk merapu..bila ckp nk bru mmg x dpt laa, so x smpai sbulan pkai dpt hp like secondhand..msa mule ambik pakej pon kena but ok, so skrg digi x rugi sbb still pkai contract dia lpas tgan and I yg rugi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fat female staff with glasses is pretty rude n condescending. I went there to ask about iphone plan n wanted to know what benefits Digi offers but she refuse to give me the details n kept repeating that i need to use postpaid (im already on postpaid n im glad its umobile n not Digi) good luck getting customers with that attitude.
