★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my tablet plan is easy to pay by their kiosk self service. The machine very responsive & speedy. Can get money balance, not like other kiosk machine that we need prepare exact notes. Guard also friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Need to que for so long. Pity those elderly ppl queuing outside. They don't provide any chairs or any number while queuing. Once u turn to go in then only have to take number and wait again inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I visit here there must be a long long queue. Just visit with my family member and both want to sign up package so we queue in same line but the staff cannot understand that both us need different packages and keep asking me to stay beside so my family can call me when it's her turn. Anyway I wait for 30 minutes and finally it's her turn. Hope there are some seats for elderly. The weather is so hot and have to stand outside for hours.

We are two person who need to change our name and plan (ownership transfer) but only allow one person allowed to enter. However you, the indian guard allow other customers to enter. Both we two person need the service of changing the plan and detail, is this what you call SOP to stop one of us to enter? But double standard to allow others to enter? Your staff should stand outside to decrease the entrance quota and feel the sun hot and not just standing inside enjoying the aircond talking with another indian woman staff at the kiosk

Very very very slow, i understand in epidemic period, follow the SOP is nesseccary, but i dont understand, your employee action soooooo slow, what ur SOP is stop one person at outside if come two person, then your security guard non stop release other person enterance. Is it fair for we coming earlier and need waiting out in the sun? If one person can settle i wouldnt coming, need two person but u just let one people entrance. What the worse rules!
Yes you are follow the SOP, but your worker need training! Too slow! Please let your worker stand outside instead sit inside enjoy the air cond!
One hour just serve two customer! Very no efficiency.??????
