โ โ โ โ โ So many people waiting in queue but service very slow because only 1 or 2 Customer Service staff working.?
I had to wait for almost 2 hours though there were only 6 people infront of me.

โ โ โ โ โ Beware with their guard. They will chase u like a dog even though got 15 minute before closing time. Already talk nicely just wanna change sim card but they didnโt care.

โ โ โ โ โ Good but can be better...Girls should be checked on their knowledge on UMobiles products, services and pitch to customers on why UMobile is so awesome!!
For better information, their Supervisors are some much better as they have all the information you need!!

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday afternoon there were no chairs to sit down while waiting to enter the premise due to SOP. But the next door, maxis shop had plastic chairs outside for customers to sit down while waiting their turn. I have informed the customer service inside the umobile premise and hopefully they will take action because during Ramadhan, Muslims like us and also elderly people can't stand for long periods. I have also called umobile customer service HQ and reported this matter for long term improvement for taking care the well being of the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Customer service girl at counter 2 not familiar with what needs to be done and had to keep asking another girl (Liyana) who was standing around. Not many customers when I was there so the other 2 or 3 girls were idle and noisily chatting and laughing non-stop like they're having a get together at a party. The whole place was very noisy and projects a very unprofessional image. Hard to even hear what the girl is telling us, more so when she's wearing a mask over her mouth. Girl at counter 1 was the noisiest and worse still her mask is under her chin the whole time exposing her nose and mouth. Very unacceptable not following Covid SOP!
