★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a controller from here yesterday at 8:52pm, asked for a specific brand and model, the sellers sold it to us without mentioning anything. We went home and compared it to our old controller of the same brand and model, it was different and seemed flimsy.
We went back to the shop to get it refunded today as it was not a legitimate product. The sellers confessed it was not a legitimate product and said that for most of their controllers they don't manufacture it anymore. None of this was mentioned during our purchase yesterday, so they knowingly sold us a fake product without informing us about it.
As for the refund, the seller said if we asked for one yesterday we would have gotten a refund, but not today, this was also not informed during our purchase. We made the purchase yesterday nearing 9pm, went home to check on it and the mall closed, how do you expect someone to make a refund on such short notice when the mall has closed?
