★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is generally well equipped and has all the printing facilities stop however the staff tried a very best to charge excessive amounts if they feel that you are not familiar. charged me 11 ringgit just for comb binding a book because they knew I was desperate at the time and had no choice. This smiled and joked with each other that they were charging me extra for simple service. They thought I did not understand. At the end because they knew they had charged me too much the classic question "nak receipt ah"? Very disappointed and was expecting more from a well-established shop like this. 11 ringgit gained from individual customer but hundreds of ringgit lost in repetition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to complete a printing urgently and received good assistance and advice from Vincent at the DU PJ shop, The 8 copies of a 16 page colour document were completed within 40 min. Will certainly use their services again in future print jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to extort every penny out of you. Will send documents to your WhatsApp for free but charge 2 ringgit to send to your email. Ok it's only 2 ringgit, but why?
