★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a bad experience. Waiter would only arrive at the table after some convincing and then every item I wanted was not available anymore. This was not communicated upfront but bit by bit after each item I wanted to order. Waiter returned about four times. Sat there for about 30 min without being able to order anything. So I obviously had to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Known this brand for years but never tried it, finally today i went and try it. To be honest, i was disappointed, nothing special about it. I was actually expecting it to be something like a normal dimsum or pau store, but it turned out to be different. Besides that, the food was overall normal, tried the “famous” xiao long bao, nothing too special, just like an average xiao long bao out there. Its not worth the money. The customer service here is good, staffs are friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend it but if you love Chinese food then you might like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is really delicious and the staff have very good service, so I always come here whenever I have the chance. My favourites here are the pu er milk tea, egg fried rice, and mala tang and of cos the Xiao long baos. Tried the chicken xlb this time and it has a really nice taste too.

Order Braised Meat La Mien and Crab Xiao Long Pau, it really tasty.
The Puer Milk tea is also great. Customer service is excellent as well.
Overall servicing speed is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for lunch. Thankfully not a long wait only 10mins which was just enough time for us to look at the menu and order what we wanted before getting a table.
Drinks arrived within 5mins of seating down, rest of the food arrived in another 5 - 15mins.
We were happy with the dishes the meat was tender and juicy, fried rice was nice and hot taste wise it was balanced but wish it had a little more pepper.
If you like Din Tai Fung in Singapore the quality is the same here.

Food all tasted good, with exception that I do not recall the pork chop is only marinated / repeatedly coated on 1-side only. A bit not so ideal especially when i bite the meat with the lighter side on my taste buds

- Shorter queue on a Saturday afternoon compared to some other places.
- Organic Dou Miao with mushrooms very fresh and nicely cooked.
- No compulsory tea or wet tissue placed on table.
The Not so Good
- Hot and Sour soup, not hot and not sour at all. Tasted like a normal soup with thickening base.
- Spicy Prawn and Shrimp Wanton - Again, not spicy and hot at all, and also served room temperature, not even lukewarm.
- The Xiao Long Bao is also quite so so tasting, with the skin quite thick.
Overall a very less than average Din Tai Fung dining experience.
