Comfortable place to find the phone & a lot of parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since 4pm. And now it's 4.40pm and I'm still waiting. Bad customer service. All the staffs like no motivation to work. And keep playing phone. So many counter yet they can't help open for customers. I just need to buy a phone! Why do I need to wait for more than 40 minutes ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less people during this pandemic time so less queue☺. Bought my tablet as tomorrow is the last day of the sale. Low price and value for money on certain gadgets during sales period. Their opening hours are till 10pm daily so can pop in on weekends and after hours. This is the largest phones and accessories outlets all over malaysia if i am not wrong. Service is ok and attentive

The prices are very competitive, great customer service, provide phone repair services, sells phone accessories like cases, screen protectors and other accessories and they also have an in house café for those who are not really interested in browsing phones. They have 2 floors. The lobby is where they display phones and let everyone test them out and in case you are interested, just go up and tell them your order. The personnel are really really helpful and good. They are not pushy but will answer any question you have. I cannot recommend this place enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Mi powerbank here. At first there is no one at the Xiaomi booth (G Floor) to assist me. Then I saw two girls at the middle counter. I reached them and got well assisted by them. Then one of them bring me to the 1st floor for product checking and payment. The guy on the 1st floor helped me and provide me good customer service until I do the payment. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come in to get cheap handfon. Walk around to see displayed unit but cant find Samsung A03. 1of staff just finger point me to front counter & ask me to go there to check the model. Less manner & not friendly at all. I prefer to leave lah..
