★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by aircond technician to install Mitsubishi aircond in my new house a few years back. Facing a lot of problem. The airconds need to be service after using few months. 1 of the unit compressor faulty after 2 years. I wasn’t faced this for others brand aircond. The others unit main electric board was faulty after 3-4 years which cost me more than MYR 600 to repair it. Feels that the aircond was fragile & very short life compare with others brand.
I will never buy another mitsubishi electrical again and definitely will not recommend others to do so. Give me so much headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Mitsubishi aircond a few years back. Since there was a problem with the aircond, i have been having a hard time to find the spare parts. A few aircond service guys inform that's its difficult to find spare parts. I didn't really believe them until i called this centre myself this morning to enquire.
The guy who picked up the call was super impatient and unfriendly. Wasn't even helpful to tell me on where i can go to get the spare parts. His last words were "you get the model number first.. no model number how to get spare parts" and straight away hang up the phone before i can ask further.
I will never buy another mitsubishi aircond again and definitely will not recommend others to do so. Give me so much headache and then have to endure lousy customer service.
