★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access. Publika is not an overly crowded place during the normal weekends (except for end of the month) So it's easy to get parking here. The shop is not too big, but that's not crowded like the branch in the Federal Highway and Subang Jaya. So you could browse and test all the displayed and demo unit phone in peace. The staff if fairly knowledgeable and polite. No hanky-panky or underhand sales tactics here. I've brought 2 of my mobiles here. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lossy service. Whatsapp check no respond. Walkin also no stock. Even reserved by WhatsApp, also will happen no help to keep in the end. Not wonder my friend advise me buy in other place. Directd really need improvement at this part. So many branch, but all in bad service also useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought Nova 5 for 1 week, and I include the Rm 99.00 Kaizen screen protector.
It was clearly state that the warranty is 1 yr.
And now the screen protector had shown bubbles. I tried to claim warranty but Direct-D 's staff gave an option if I change now there will be no charge but let say if the screen protector become defect in 8 months future there will be no more warranty.
Why?…because I had claimed already.
During purchase I was not told that the 1 year warranty is actually a 1 time claim in 1 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart looking place, well stocked that is tucked in a quiet corner of Publika Shopping Centre. The sales representative on duty was friendly, courteous, patient and efficient. Prices are reasonable and several payment options accepted. Excellent service!
