★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for some superior after-sales service, (3 weeks after you purchase a defective product from them) you won't find it here.
As Apple's Resellers their knowledge on actual Apple Service Centres in KL, operation times, necessity for an appointment during lockdown etc needs to be polished-up. They can't just sell Apple products and then be clueless on how the Apple Service Centres are operating at lockdown.
Was thoroughly inconvenienced today from all the inaccurate advice they gave me.
