They adopted contactless registration and payment system too. No cash payment, only online banking or card payment. The screen protector pricing is a bit over the top for me. Four grades of quality - clear basic RM39, matt RM99, blue light protection RM199 to self recovery protector RM299

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good but the item I wanted to buy no stock ( Motorolla Edge 20 PRO) & the branches got stock only Tasik Permaisuri & Kuantan..so I feel so disappointed.Anyway i just bought Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE & now I feel a bit unsatisfied with it's. My advice do not advertised it the stock not available yet or please update the ads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly renovated store front has given the much needed boost in customer comfort and in-store experience. The covid-19 SOP was very strict and must be adhered to at all times. It was quite crowded during peak periods and can produce long ques at the corridor. The product on sale are always updated with the latest models and prices and quality is assured with additional warranties from the manufacturer.

Advise! You can't try there the phone functions..because they will open the original box in front you! Before go there you needs to get some information by online about the phone you're looking for.
Here the phone slightly cheaper than market price,& you'll get ORI SET. It's my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here from around the year they first opened, yet the customer service keeps getting worse as of late and the staff seem to not be working diligently and politely. No tablets on display, lack of stock, etc. Federal branch is not so bad. Looks like online shopping is the better way to go now (even more so), after Window shopping at physical stores and IT shops/malls.

Good service and after sales service as well.
They provide a fairly good replacement on the free gifts if the advertised ones are not available.
So far all phones and gadgets bought from them is good and none seems to have any faulty condition .
