★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 repair service. Sent in an iPhone 5, 6 & an iPad mini for screen repairs and battery replacement & etc. The results were fantastic as the devices all look like as if they were brand new.
2021: Came back here to fix my iPhone X's screen and it took only 20 minutes. Technicians also need a thorough check before handing it to me. Reliable and fast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed the battery of an iPhone 8 on 9th Oct 2021. The boss and technician claimed it was original and even gave us 1 year warranty for that (Paid RM 150). On 22nd Nov 2021, the phone got extremely hot and shut down by itself. After it was let to cool down, phone could not be switched on and we went back to check. The technician changed to another battery then said it is the motherboard issue because the phone was getting hot again. Cost to "repair" would be RM 450. We felt suspicious and went to an Apple service centre to diagnose and was advised that the battery is fake and has caused damage to the IC of the motherboard. We then went back to this place and the technician is saying it is original from China and not original from Apple. Without any hesitation said that they will refund but won't be liable for the damage caused to the IC by the fake battery. I am not sure this is how they do work nowadays, so unethical and no professionalism at all. I would not have wasted my time if they told me it is not original in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say I have been going to this shop for the last 6 to 7 years. 1 year warranty for same original battery. I went there to replace my old iPhone 7 Plus battery yesterday evening at SSQ. I paid and left and the young technician calls me back to tell me that I had overpaid by RM 50!!!. Really honest and I gave him a tip for buka puasa. Quick service really. Highly recommended and parts under warranty replaced without any hassle if due to part issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I had second doubts coming here when I read the negative reviews, but they all seemed like fake ones after reading the positive ones... All I can say is that I am very impressed with their service - very nice owner too, Mr Larry. For the price of the repair, you can never find anywhere else cheaper than here (I've done my research). My iPhone 11's glitching screen has been bothering me for days and they managed to solve the issue in less than half an hour. Will definitely come back here if I have any phone issues.
