Incomplete service, for kitchen cabinet not include plumbing and electrical works and need additional charge if get other people to do. Holder to open door also not included

Initial measurements took is 2890mm but when comes to installation,actual measurements is only 2700mm
So in the end, alter the design here and there
Unprofessional at all, difference for 190mm!

โ โ โ โ โ Think nicely before you engage with this COMPANY, professionalism of this company is ZERO, they can install half way and ask you to find your own installer when they cant install it. As for the designer, the AWESOME AH HONG, they can come and measure your kitchen and did a wrong design to your suggested idea and design a wrong socket point that are blocking your hood and they will comeback to you and said its your wall "SUDDENLY" get longer and they will challenge you back that this is what i want. Just FYI, its my kitchen and i know where i would end my drawers at. Cleanliness of the installation work is zero as they leave all the dirts around for you to clean up they mess. another bad side of this is they will accept 100% upfront money before they install your cabinets. maybe when u paid finish already they can simply work on your cabinets or base on your cabinets pricing to install. my cabinets install start from january, till this week only finish touch up defect (4 round of defect). minus MCO, it took them maybe 3 months to complete a small project. SO MY ADVISE PLEASE SURVEY OTHER IF POSSIBLE. SEKIAN TERIMA KASIH

i have bought 3 custom made wardrobe and new kitchen set for my new house.
strongly recommended to engage with DM Design, the designer i deal with is name Kenneth, a very kind person and he explain to me very well and details.

โ โ โ โ โ The experience with this company is not pleasant. The finishing and handwork is fine and acceptable but the service by sales and installer is a big NO. Installer came and switch on the Aircon and fan without permission (as we are working and no time to observe on site). Sales make mistake install wrong color of table top (white in fina design but black in actual). However, the boss is responsible and agree to change back for us, if not, I won't even rate for 3 stars.
