★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse self Dobby I have been visit. I use to travel and I always use laundry. The water level is too low even I can't see the water when the machine wash my clothes. Once done the detergent still there on my clothes. I complaint this issue to the owner. 1st the owner said I cannot put the detergent with clothes but than I said I use to do it in other dobby also but I didn't face such problem than The owner give me 2nd chance to wash with free and guarantee will be ok. After 1 hour wash (2 times wash) my clothes still have the detergent. I claim back my money from the owner. So think twice if you guys wanna use this self laundry service. At last I have to bring my clothes all to another self laundry. It's almost 2 hour I spent just for this. (Tq for your reply. 1st of all understand what I'm trying to say. How come you say I rufuse to follow your staff instructions. Your staff came and told about this once done wash my clothes. When I put the detergent he was there and never tell anything also. You can refer your CCTV footage. Once done wash and when I see the detergent still there after that only I Call your staff and show the clothes. Than only he explain this thing. If your machine operate as you said why after the 2nd wash also the detergent still there. Even your staff give guarantee before the 2nd wash start that for sure the detergent will gone. After done 2nd was i show yo your staf the detergent still there he speechless. So stop condemd your customer and try to resolve your customer complain. Even a simple detergent also your machine couldn't wash it how it gone wash the clothes properly? )
