★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad, because it's booked online and all payments are cleared but when you get to the hotel, still ask for deposit and tax money. The staff is rude to the customer, doubting the customer's payment while all the proof of payment has been pointed out and provided by online apps. ask for extra blankets but they don't give it, the reason they are out of blankets, damn it! The TV has only one channel. Even the remote has to share the battery with the aircond remote, poor !!! Last book here, highly NOT RECOMMENDED, all tourist and visitor, I suggest please to go to other hotel, thank you ~
