★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient, there are 3 major issues where customers steal the provided trolley and cause us inconvenience and some just left their clothes in machine, do not care whether it finish and still occupied the machine, and cause other customers have to wait in longer queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, fragrant and clean. Staff are mostly nice. The problem is the foreign workers bringing their own detergent which may ruin the machine.

I have been a regular since the day the branch was open. For the past few weeks I noticed a mixture of friendly and non-friendly staff. Being a regular and a Quality/Safety/Environmental Consultant + Auditor serving more than 100 clients both government and private/sectors, I am highly susceptible to staff behaviours.
There was an occasion where a staff mumbling about the floor cleanliness in my presence which to me is highly unprofessional. However there is still extremely good staff who I am always willing to give my laundry to be washed, dried and folded.
Dobi Queen is a rising franchise, do not spoil its reputation nationwide just because of one non-customer centric staff. My suggestion Dobi Queen should do a refresher training on customer service such as a simple putting a smile rather than a frowning face or being selective on paid customers - for total services.(I am not naming anyone as there is a good staff over there)
Please look into my recommendations seriously.

Been noticing great changes in customer service. I'll give it a 6 star. I think the QR Code should not only for bad service but also for compliments as well. Congrats Dobi Queen of Sri Gombak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many, many self service laundromat in the area but Dobi Queen is my choice because my clothes stay really fragrant days even weeks after washing.
The only drawback of this outlet is that there is very limited seating. There are 10 washing machines and more than 10 dryers but less than 10 seatings.
I like that Dobi Queen dryers have a cooling period before the drying session ends, so you won't practically burn your fingers when you take your clothes out of the dryer.
