Joined membership for more discounts and they are so helpful, products are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable shopping experience(unlike some shops too messy with their stocks overflowing) theirs very organized and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my dog here for the first time cause my preferred pet grooming stores are packed/closed. And I was in an emergency NEED for a trim for my little one. Read through all the reviews on Google and thought it was a good place for my dog but it turned out otherwise. Left my dog there at 12pm and was told they would need only 4-5 hours. Came back to SS15 around 5:30pm to have an early dinner and waited for a call from them since we were already nearby. It was already 7pm and still no call whatsoever. I called the store and the person who picked up said “before 8pm your dog would be done”. I was there since 5:30pm. Again, left the dog there at 12pm ?. Went to the store at 7:50pm and thought of waiting, but was told my dog’s not done yet, come back at 8:15pm LOLOL. You see, I would’ve understand that you’ve got a few other dogs to groom as well but what’s pissing me off is the lack of communication between the staffs? Also, literally paid 120 bucks only for my dog’s nails to look long and uncut. Anyway, first and last. Definitely would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service. There were bald patches on the back part but when I send it there were no bald patches. They did not even have the curtesy to tell me about it. When I comb my pets hair realised the bald patch was closed with a thin layer of hair. I will not recommend this place for grooming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my bichon boy for basic grooming for the first time cause it’s really near my new working place and was convenient to pick him up directly from work to Arkadia.
They have cut my boy’s nail until nailbed, never inform for their mistake, clean and stopped the blood before I picked them up.
I wasn’t aware on the incident till I went to arkadia directly with my bichon boy right after I picked him up.
Suddenly the floor was full off blood and the blood was unstoppable that I have to find 24 hours emergency vet as I’m not aware on what’s going on, and worry that thought it might have glass inside his leg.
I was informed by the vet and they showed me the mail part that was cut till we are clearly see the nailbed.
This is a low grade mistake that shouldn’t happened. Moreover this is really unethical that not informing the owner!! At least I will be aware on this and avoid taking him to walk around.
Unpleasant experience and heartache with you see blood around your precious.
The pet shop choose not to view my Facebook messages too!
