β β β β β I highly recommend this place for your fur babies. Their team are kind n super understanding towards animals. I initially boarded my fur babies for 3 days but had to extend an extra day due to an emergency and they had no problem in assisting me. Also, one of my fur baby had a poo related accident while there, they even went the extra mile of washing the blanket i left. Though the do not offer cctv in their service like some places, i dont think it was necessary because they send videos n photos constantly everyday for updates. They also gave playtime n videos of playtime, though my fur babies r super shy, they were very patient. They also did a basic checkup for my fur babies just to make sure. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I also booked their cat taxi service and the staff was very friendly n resposible. 10/10 recommended, would definitely b sending my cats here again. Thank you Catswell Subang for keeping my fur babies safe, healthy and happyβ₯οΈ

2nd Visit - Short Hair Grooming & Cat Wells Taxi. The price is affordable & the treatment are lit. Definitely will send my cat again for Milk Bath

β β β β β The place is nice and clean. The environment is so cheerful and alive. The workers there are the friendliest and the sefvice is great. I brought my cat over for grooming and the groomed him very well. I would absolutely reccomend this place to my friends and other family members.

β β β β β Had my cat groomed here. Sheβs only 5 months old but she was being taken care of by Catswell properly ? everything was done amazingly by the groomer. Her paw, her fur, her nail, her cute little ears. Recommended. Definitely will send my cat here for grooming again.

β β β β β Sent my Rascal here for 3 days and 2 nights over the long weekend. It was packed so I strongly suggest to book early to secure a slot. Took the basic grooming package as well.
The hotel was very clean, bright and smelled nice too. You can see that all the cats are happy and not stressed. Staff was friendly and patient with my enquiries.
They will update with pictures and videos during the day so pawrents can have a peace of mind. However, when I checked out Rascal I was told that they couldn't groom him in time due to the overwhelming amount of check ins. I was fine with it as they told me to return a few days later.
Overall, was very happy with their services and the attention given to my furkid. Keep up the great work!
