★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my last visit, the ambiance was extremely terrible, air conditioning wasn't working. This was superseded by terrible customer service. Waved to call the waiter, but was not attended to. Food took almost 40 minutes and the worst part of it was, it was overpriced.
The girl manager there told me, that the food was coming, but I kept getting cheated on. She was extremely rude, unhelpful and not cooperative.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE equals to LOST CUSTOMER like me.

I have waited for 40 mins for my food, then they said they didnt key in my order. 10 mins later i ask where is my food, they took they menu and ask me what do i want to order? Meaning, even when they knew my order wasnt key in, they didnt bother to ask me what was my order????? Service all so slow. Drinks came out late, all late. Late as in, more than an hour.
Never coming to this branch ever again, anyone who wants to eat Dome around here, go to IPC branch, dont come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at here from the new 2022 year... Coffee item no have... Environment... was very hot... Price increase but the pruduct will little... Spaghetti was too oily but I know is olive oil but still too oily... I'm eating spaghetti not the soup sapghetti... The spaghetti will be dry right??...Anyway won't come next time ever... Service was OK... Just the environment and food need to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a last minute buka puasa meal on 25/4, Monday. The place was pack but the team was so fast and delivered the food to everyone on time before buka puasa. Kudos to the manager and the team, great time management. You guys manage the place well, had a great dining experience here. Will come again!
