โ โ โ โ โ A chain restaurant serving local food. Very friendly Nepali waiters, who, of course, are also the cooks. (Hard to find genuine local cooks now, sad.)
Fish ball wanton koay teow soup is bland. Price is low but still not value for money.

โ โ โ โ โ Usually I would not give bad rating unless the food is really bad but the Assam laksa was cook without effort at all. Itโs bad when you doesnโt have a heart to serve decent food to your customers. I gave an extra stars, just for the sake of other food that I did not try.

โ โ โ โ โ Had their fish porridge recently. The fish wasn't fresh as it was mushy and tasted odd. Their fried wanton also contained bones and salty. Their saving grace was their air mata kucing. My partner and I had food poisoning the same day we had the porridge.

โ โ โ โ โ Love their Asam Laksa, taste sooo good. All sauce and chili are self service, remember to add more prawn paste to the Asam Laksa. Their toast are ok, not the thick type of bread, don't quite like their butter. Staff are really polite and friendly. Area to improve: Please stop sweeping the floor and mopping the floor when they're still customers dinning, as the smell of the floor detergent is quite strong. Overall is ok.

โ โ โ โ โ If you wish to sip salt water + mono sodium glutamate + noodles, do order the prawn noodles !!! When complained, all they said was โthatโs how it isโ!!!! Didnโt even offer to replace with other available options. I had to dilute with hot water but it didnโt do any justice.
Wonโt spend a single cent here ever again!

โ โ โ โ โ It used to be the best nasi lemak rendang chicken in town. Over the years the standard really declined. I just had it again and it was disappointing. The nasi lemak was soggy. The chicken was soft and lacked the firmness which usually tells you if the chicken is fresh or not. The coffee is diluted. No kick at all.
However, the kampung eggs and whole meal toast is still ok.

โ โ โ โ โ I love how I am welcomed here, the staffs are so polite and friendly - such a plus point. Today I had the all day porridge set, it was delicious, reasonably priced and freshly served. I also loved their curry puff, roti bakar, nasi lemak, mee curry, wan tan soup and otak-otak. Highly recommended.
