Kakitangan di sini kebanyakan masih baru dan antarabangsa. Kualiti makanan adalah seragam dengan cawangan lain.
Dome Rewards di bulan hari lahir menawarkan sehingga 20% dan kek percuma.
Metod pembayaran adalah tunai dan kad.

Wait, no greetings and no guidance to table just pointed to us.
A self service restaurant? with 2 servers + 1 βmanagerβ
funny question from the staff: order place? while the ordering menu list place nicely on the table waited for them to approach our table since we seated.
A group of 6 pax, the plates and cutlery set qty less than the no. of pax.
Donβt know how to clear the finished main course dishes before serve the desserts.
After dessert served only place the clean cutlery. ??

β β β β β The new service model where customers have to line up to order is silly and a waste of time. I saw a few clients walked away from the cake section to avoid the queue. That's business lost there. Should have gone with online order from the table

I had my usual tall cafe macchiato and main meals which didn't disappoint. Portions & quality on point with its other outlets.
