β β β β β Extremely poor experience visiting this outlet. Not many customer by waiters and waitress busy for nothing. Calling for orders and waiting long time no one bother to serve us. If dun have the heart to do business please don't work here to spoil the brand

β β β β β The food very slow.. I have to wait for 50 minutes for my Omurice Teriyaki Chicken to come. Other people also mentioned that the service is slow, but I still give a try. Regret? The taste for teriyaki chicken too basic and salty. Not worth for money

As for the iced coffee, it is not that good, kind of worse than The Coffee Bean.
Then for the salmom platter, it is ok. The fried salmom is tender and crispy on outside.
However, overall experience is not nice as waited too long.

β β β β β This is the place that we can spend time as if we were in Japan. This is a coffee shop but you can try food as well and feel very Japanese taste. Their hand drip coffee may take some time to prepare but you can relax while waiting the coffee with nice atmosphere!!

β β β β β Was kinda worried about the delay time after seeing the reviews. But I just went today and it was actually pretty good! Staff were friendly, food was actually better than I expected. Portion size was generous especially for the salmon spaghetti.
I ordered the pancake soufflΓ© for dessert as well! I guess they recently just opened and it was during Raya thatβs why the long wait time.

β β β β β The best of best and authentic Japanese style western food in KL! Japanese 'Kissa-ten' taste. I'm a Japanese, who knows authenticity. My mouth was like melted, enjoyed the deliciousness every single bite. Coffee is the same taste as Japan coffee, my home country taste, even though it's not like espresso type ones which you see in Klang valley. Japanese coffee. Enjoyed it after a while.
For those who complain here are because they come opening day in the mid day of hari raya day busiest time...of course waiting happens, it's happening everywhere restos not just here...if you see the hari raya jam outside, you can easily imagine...they shouldn't come in the hari raya busiest time if the don't want to wait. Waiting time is no issue for us, coz we were expecting that already as its the hari raya holiday busiest time and opening day. For those who don't want to wait, come after raya week, when operation settled after new opening.
I have missed the Japanese-western 'kissa' taste eaten in Japan, I finally could have it here in Hoshino. Delicious, so impressed. I assure the best taste of Japanese western 'kissa' food as a Japanese native. Definitely worth.

Pot baked curry rice : 6/10 more sausage than the chicken, sauce was too thin
Beef steak plater : 6/10, felt like the beef was tasteless
SoufflΓ©: 7/10 matcha flavours were not too strong, overall was alright
Location was great & staff was ok (they gave us a heads up about the longer waiting time)
