★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is usually efficient and the food is usually good! Some of the staffs are not that good, so it depends on your luck! Sometimes there are no staffs at the cashier, and the guys making pizza don't care even if you stand there for a long time! I suspect they are racist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to CS about including chilli flakes to my pizza order. Said they would, offered to pay extra. CS said I see you have requested chilli flakes on order. So all is good! Pizza arrives, no chilli flakes. Called CS, they passed me to another dubious dept. But was put oh hold. After 5 minutes gave up. Totally useless CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I advise to those want to order Mega cheese pizza, please dont order it by delivery.
First of all, they always delayed, because they only use delivery man of their own staff, even you order from grabfood.
Secondly, the cheese taste like very cheap one, no wonder they advertise 1/2kg cheese and keep mentioning quantity of the cheese but ignore the quality of the cheese. (For those want to tarik the cheese, sorry, you cant do that)
However, considering the price they offer compare to other competitor, we shouldn't ask more. But at least you need to improve the delivery service to satisfy our craving. Sorry, but next time i will choose pizza hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online for pickup. Everything are great just one mishap. I order cinnastix, the bread is fine but the sweet sauce they put very little, not enough to dip for the whole bread. Next time i surely will check.
