★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there during happy hours based on reviews here and really got good experience. The place was tidy, neat and the ambience was great with refreshing aroma and the soothing music that makes immediate relief even before massaging starts. If you are looking for clean and proper message then may try here and look for the Sabah girl named Mell. She looks small but has powerful fingers and while massaging I told her to apply pressure little less as I felt pain on my body Lol. She knows the pressure points well and did a good job for me. She is friendly and talks better English also. I really was like how the 90 mins went away and felt refreshed after the massage. Their prices are reasonable and would say worth every ringgit. Thanks Sensation touch for this nice experience from your skillful massage therapist :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/05 - 6PM: The burp after 2 minutes was a bad start. But ok - maybe I am too sensitive for this. But then, never seen this before: I had to stop the massage after 10 minutes because the masseur was ON HIS PHONE ALL THE TIME. Just using one hand for the massage and the other one on his phone. I thought it was a bit odd he used only one hand and thus giving a very poor massage - when I turned around I saw him using his phone! What a joke!! Never again. Asked to stop the massage immediately and get a full refund - which they did. Go spend your money somewhere else, these guys are not dedicated, nor interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take note if you are the boss, your masseurs are not doing their job properly. They will only attract one time customer by the promotion. All of them were just chit chatting with couldn't be bothered attitude. What's with the sink there if it's not gonna clean and wash our feet before the therapy? I booked 2 hours aromatherapy and the front desk girl didn't even realised upon my arrival and almost clashed with another customer that walked/called in. Thank god I arrived early. Anil was my masseur. Unfortunately he did not put any effort in his massage skills. Wasted 2 hours and will not return. Bad service and bad massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The masseur was not friendly. She neglected my request which i want a soft massage as Im not used to massage… but she literally went all out. Even though i show a sense of pain, she just brush it off and continue massage.
2. Noisy environment! They had small kid run around, i believe the kid was one of the staff’s child. One of the customer, slept and snoring very loud! As if he is the only one there, and no one do anything about it!! I couldn’t have my massage in peace due to these reasons.
3. Oh forgot to mention, i had bruise at my ankle, lasted for more than a week because she do the massage strongly…
4. I will never come here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to make an appointment and was told that it has been confirmed. On the day itself, the staff said that my booking is not reflected on their record. I had to show them that i indeed made a call on my phone. After a long while flipping through etc, the staff reluctantly gave me a massage but it was like freaking slow motion one. I don't feel respected.
I usually tip the masseur but I'm super unhappy with this one. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a couple’s massage with my husband. The price is decent during happy hour. The reason I’m giving 3 stars would be:
A. They didn’t wash our feet before we get massaged which is a common thing to be done at any massage centres. Unfortunately it didn’t happen for us.
B. The masseuse I had was not graceful during the massage, she literally moved my hands and legs quite aggressively as opposed to being more gentle. She seemed angry. She even threw the oil bottle next to my shoulder after she finished using it during the massage.
She did not ask me if the pressure was okay and when I told her to not press too hard she said nothing. When she wanted me to sit down she literally just tapped on my shoulder and just pointed to indicate that I have to sit down now.
My husband however got a better masseuses and he enjoyed his massage.
