After 30mins still not able to speak to CSO and Order #: Order #: 93142 Date: 03/05/2022 07:13 PM Payment Reference #: 85208-ZrRE3qhKWXozOBV... After along wait the CSO picks-up the call and said Sorry - we will forward to Recovery Team. Line is transferred and same thing playing recorded message with advertisement and message... Still Waiting!!!!

NO REFUND HAPPENED. NO PIZZA DELIVERED. KARMA FOR THE IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF WORKING THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 1.5 hours, no update on the tracker & unable to reach any Customer Service Rep. Promised delivery in 30 mins.
Now the whole family is wondering what to do for dinner as there is no function in app to cancel.
2nd time this has happened. Last time this happened, came after 2.5 hours with wrong order! Driver didn’t even apologize.
Used to be our favourite but will not repeat order again. There are less stressful way to have dinner!
