β β β β β A good spot to eat with friends or families. But the service is quite slow. Probably in the kitchen area. We have to wait 30 minutes for our first mushroom soup to come. Then another 20 minutes for our pizza, drinks and finally our desserts. But I was okay with it since the girl staff handling customers in front was very polite and helpful. Thanks to her. Maybe inside was too busy with orders or who knows what. Hope to see improvements. ????

β β β β β A malay counter staff said we can only order food using qr code for dine in.when i tried to scan,it showed server error,so i explained it to her and i wanted to order at the counter but the staff said we can only order take away foods there and she wasnt even willing to teach us.i felt like they dnt really value customers.In the end,we left wt our empty stomachs? kindly, please improve the customer service.

β β β β β Super slow customer service, I and my wife already went in and sit for 15 mins only to find out we need to order by scanning QR code, the Malay girl counter staff do not even serve us, and they didn't even pass us the QR code until we ask for it, but they keep load order for take away, causing our orders to be way behind the que. We left with empty stomach, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY

β β β β β I ordered spaghetti aglio olio with prawn. So basically the taste was sooo awful. It taste just like you put spaghetti with salt and chilli flakes only. Im so disappointed. And i saw the staff not wearing proper uniform for f&b place. Slippers?? Srsly??? Even not wearing headgear??? Shawl pun just selempang like that. Whut?? Cleanliness zero. This is sooo unacceptable. I wont come to this branch anymore!!!
