★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great place to buy and learn about the product. Along and Hema were very helpful in explaining which is the suitable food and treats for my puppy. I went there 3 times and each time they explain well. Products are arranged well according to price and quality. I would definitely recommend all pet lovers to come here. Along even takes the initiative to explain through whatsapp after working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I've been to this place many times and the customer service is very poor. The Indian girl idk her name, she's quite plum. Very rude, i think she's lack of customer service skills she nees to be taught how to treat customer. We are paying money not coming free right, so be nice to your customers and i have encountered this one girl many times. Why do yo all hire such such people tho and the groomer is unprofessional. I would not recommend grooming here,waste of energy and time.
