★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service by one of the staffs there (lady). Better go to kedai Haiwan Ampangan. I do not recommend this store at all. They are not welcoming and seriously not friendly. The lady should not deal with customers at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Seems OK Here. Quite Plenty Of Pet Product To Choose For Ranging From Pet Foods To Pets Accessories. Prices Are Not Considered Expensive But Not That Cheap Also. Certain Staffs Are Quite Helpful. Car Parking Is A Major Problem Here. Other Than That It's Ok Overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier is rude. When asked whether the 10kg RM188 can be bought at a cheaper price compared to buying 1kg x 10 at RM190. She answered sarcastically. It is ok to say - I am sorry - we can't afford to give better price. And sadly - the owner was next to her - smiling sheepishly. I am boycotting this place!
