★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this I had given a not so satisfsctory review on this company. After a few hours, the company salesperson called me and apologized because he forgot about my complaints. After a week they managed to redo the defects and I am now satisfied. Thank you for the corrective service. Just keep it up and dont forget anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to their shop twice and spoke to a guy named XXXXX ( i know this guys name but I am not going to be petty by revealing his name)
1st visit was to check out the place and gather some information.
2nd visit was mainly to get an estimated quotation and requested for him to send someone over to my house to get the actual measurement and finalise the pricing.
3RD ATTEMPT
No news from this chap for 3 weeks and I decided to call him and after a day of trying to get his hp, he finally answered. I asked him why aren't there any responses from since i have been liaising with him close to a month, he stated that he has sent someone to my house and I did not agree with the quoted price, this I call a total BS because nobody visited my house and he can't even confirm the address I gave him earlier.
When I asked him which address he went, he can't even give me a BS address because i believe the visitation did not happen....
Asked him why after so many visits and calls, he did not make any arrangements, he said he will call me back and till today there is not even a single response.......
I wonder why my business is not of an interest to this company, do they have any particular customer preference or some profiling factors before providing their products and services? Just asking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb pre-sale customer service. After sales, yet to be determined as I have not bought from them, but likely will, soon. Dropped by doorbydesign before cny and was wanting to find our more a about a variety doors(solid wood, laminare/veneer, alu+lami glase, security, etc). Was attended to by a young chap, Liew Cheng Chong who was extremely knowledgeable about all the different doors i was enquiring, from differences, suitability, installation, pros/cons, pitfalls based on types of doors, etc. Patient fella and good communication. Really learned alot from this guy. Zero hard sell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever experience, give 14 working days & frame not ready, promise broken..earlier said in 2 weeks time, later I gave 14 working days, just to get ready the aluminium frame...will bring this to trbunal and even lodge police report if i didnt get refunded this week
p/s actually i dont want to give star, but without it, I can't post this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. They have no proper time management. I paid full upon confirmation and promised to receive the door within 2 weeks but it dragged on for over a month.
As a kindergarten, I had already told them that they cannot install at certain hours as we have little kids going to toilet. I am not sure if they understand that and kept fixing the time according to their convenience. And it kept dragging and dragging. When I called the mobile number published on the website, the call is left unanswered. Then my hubby and I made a trip to the shop. When I asked them about this problem and why did they not answer my calls, the young boy at the counter rudely answered that it was his personal number. Well.. How stupid it is to publish your personal number when you have no intention of answering. Then how will customers call the shop. I simply do not understand how unethical people can be.
And i had to insist for a time. Finally they gave a time slot but turned up 1.5 hours later. It is extremely stressful when you need to deal with such people who have no ethics and time management.
Best part is, they collected the full payment but never took accountability for the delay.
The worst is the young punk at the counter... Rude as hell? I will never recommend this shop in a million years. Worst experience.
