★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main attraction of this coffee shop is the freshly cooked conomy rice & Soon Soon Lai Roasted meat, chicken & duck rice for lunch. In the evening is the ordered cooked dishes. Pricing is reasonable. The economy rice has a wide variation & usually finishes very fast during peak lunch hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken rice in the morning suits me fine. Economy rice is fairly priced but not as flavourful as next door. Egg noodles, fried rice wonton mee n Western breakfast are also available here. The choo char taukeh soe has a poker face n is rather unfriendly. Drink prices are fair. The place is basic as basic can get. Frequently see one or two smokers puffing away still. There is one disheveled dude in shorts sitting in the corner drinking glasses after glasses of iced Chinese tea while chain smoking non stop.

One set meal RM7 and one belacan chicken (RM7.50) and salted fish veges (RM6) for only RM20.50!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice and good food during lunch time. The economy rice is quite tasty, they have a lot of dishes, but only one chicken dishes. And they freshly cook just beside the stall, if the dishes finished. The wanton are also quite nice. The drinks are not bad, the teh panas are not like what you find at other chinese places. The place is quite open, well aired, and naturally illuminated but it can get very humid & hot.
