★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was inquiring about the windscreen replacement, the person in charge keep insists to make a police report, I even called up the insurance company and clarified for the workshop, according to the insurance company for my case there is no need to make a police report. Yet the workshop person in charge refuse to work on it unless with police report. Totally speechless, what a waste of time. Might as well just go to other panel workshop.
