★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why the service so slow? People waited for 45mins+ still didn't get theirs. What happen to the staff including the management? One of the staff, Marina didn't even take note when the customer changed the pick-up time. Monitor your staff and improve! Extremely bad service! Sorry not sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far, this is the worst pizza outlet ever. They serve me with cold chicken, and my ice cream is out of order, and they changed to a fries. This is first time I ever encountered in pizza hut. The service charge of 10% is not worth here anymore!

2. Hawaian pizza taste like asam pedas. Huhh??
3. You should prioritize your orders to dine-in customers, not only focusing on take away orders!!
Overall, NOT RECOMMENDED..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here bc just ate dominos recently. The has quality dropped so low and I beg u to just go to any other pizzeria to not eat disappointment. I bought this set with a 'garlic flatbread' and it's just a flattened pizza dough topped with cheese (garlic has left the chat). We ordered mushroom pizza and I won't be surprised if you told me it's canned button mushrooms and CANNED chicken!! Not pictured, but the mushroom soup that came was HALF the freaking bowl like ok maybe I need to go on a diet?? Please for the poor sake of the staff and our tastes buds just like...close down or smtg. Nothing here is worth it just go kfc next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is fine and all but the salsa sauce we got was ice cold. And the pizza… JUST LOOK AT IT.first of all it’s small and has little to no chicken in a so called mushroom chicken delight. The pizza content just slides off and the crust. It’s an utter failure. Just don’t.. come to this branch
