★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient, professional and friendly doctor. My mum just did kyphoplasthy yesterday, and immediately after that she felt much better and less pain. Before operation, Dr. Cheok even went through the MRI and Xray, clearly explaining to us the fractured part, the procedures etc.We felt assured and glad we have choosen the right doctor . Highly commendable and good doctor who makes patient feels assured and comfortable.

He is so patience to explain to me on what had happened to me, and it's in a simple and understanding way, which I never ever explained by others before. He give me confidence and he had cured me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experience very poor customer service from him. Seems arrogant and just brushes off our queries and concerns about my mom's injury. Often just walks away from us after his so-called 'consultation' without conclusive advice. Lackluster attitude to attend to the family's concerns. Does not seem to understand that treating the patient is much more important than just treating the injury.
