โ โ โ โ โ good eye specialist clinic. im jusy walk-in...and have to wait little longer than patient who already made appointment...but its fair enough and dr.choong treat us well, clear and honest. appreciate that...the staff also very helpful and looks very effective and efficient doing her job.

โ โ โ โ โ Klang Bukit tinggi Dr choong eye specialist here..they staff service is very very bad...TOO BAD BAD BAD....this clinic tell me to do appointment before come but already do appointment when we reached on morning 10am but still wan to waiting 3hrs only finish all the checking...Problem me is why alr do appointment still wan to wating 3hrs? And we all is hungry and Waiting for the doctor ....???????

The front desk doesnโt greet incoming customers while wait for the customer to talk to them ... and SHE is just looking at customer (never greet or provide assistant to new customer). Glum face and discourteous. Please projecting yourself, if you think you deserve someone to treat you the way you treat to people! However, the doctors are lovely and friendly!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service from the receptionist. We had to do a walk in early Monday morning as we have an emergency on Sunday night. When we walked into the clinic, the receptionist is not bothered to serve or talk to us. When we approached her, she answered us in a high and mighty attitude saying she doesn't know what time is the doctor coming in. When we asked her how long we have to wait, she just answered have to wait for few hours without much explanation. Her customer service attitude could be better.

โ โ โ โ โ 5 star for Dr Choong . Zero / Negative 5 for the receptionist staffs .
There has been numerous feedback - good and mostly bad on the reception but no improvements till today 7 October 2020.
Front desk ( all 3 staffs ) not customer friendly at all .
I agree with one previous feedback stating appointment booked ahead but was still made to wait. I experience the same thing.
I initially booked for 12.30pm slot but was told to come in11.30 am . And i did. Registered myself and as usual , wait to be called. Waited for more than an hour .
We should at least be comforted stating the doctor busy schedule or whatever reasons.
I hope the clinic management will look into this and make improvements. Dont smear Dr Choong's name.
Dr Choong's is a great doctor.

Appt 10.30am, waiting until 12pm and then go front desk ask the staff still got how many people need to wait and feedback we already have appointments why still need to wait so long. She replied donโt tell me, later your turn go up feedback to the doctorโฆโฆ.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor services, people go clinic coz of sick and emergency but we need do appointment, that means we need wait until Monday for meet people. Not human being clinic. if people in sick they say doctor have meeting cannot meet patients.

โ โ โ โ โ Would highly recommend Dr Choong to anyone who needs a cataract surgery. Gentle, extremely thorough & assuring. My 86 yo mum had to wait but weโd rather have a Dr who is thorough than one who does a rush job on the eyes!
My sister also had both her eyes done with Dr Choong. Though his clinic is in Klang & we live in PJ, my sister continued the 2nd eye with him & my mum insisted on going to him after seeing the results, post surgery care & how gentle & professional the Dr is.
