★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see the GP on 9th june at 11pm for nebuliser, was prescribed ventolin tablets and the written prescription was confusing which i ended up getting overdosed and seizure at 5am and a trip to the emergency via ambulance! Avoid this clinic at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill give 0 stars if possible. Came in to this 24 hours clinic at 3am for severe gastric pain. Doctor is very rude and trying so hard to stay awake. Did not check for vital signs and straight away ask "you want tablet or injection?" Said thank you but no response. Right after going out of the room, doctor offs the light, and goes back to sleep. Very unprofessional ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and unsatisfied service. The female doctor is so unfriendly. She does not even introduce herself and either ask what is my problem until I have to say it. No proper explanation of the pain. Not even 5 minutes charge 100. No professionalism of a doctor at all. I should have went to a different klinik which is in the same row almost like after 2 shoplots of where this klinik is located. instead of wasting my money here. Very dissapointed. If can go get ur doctor course again. Mainly learn on how to be ethical towards patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my worker for injury. Unprofessional doctor that does not want to get her hands dirty. Wrong advise given and taking too arrogantly. She thinks her father owns many clinics. No x-ray machine, can't do stitches. Better close the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, been to many clinics, one of the clinics that my kids and wife and me are comfortable with. The doctor whom we usually wait to see at night is very warm with our kids. We as HR people in the company, actually requested to change our panel clinic after seeing this doctor frequently. Good service and this clinics medications are very effective. We come here each time when our kids fall sick. Good job!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw an Indian girl bringing her mother to see doctor. The girl's voice was so loud and talked in a very mean way to the doctor. While I was waiting for my turn, I accidentally heard that the Indian lady told her mom that she even secretly took the photo of the doctor. I am a pregnant woman who came to see the doctor. A very kind doctor. I think doctor's right should also be taken care of but not to be violated by the public too. They are humans too. The doctor was treating me well. Ppl always only know to complain but never know to be thankful that the doctor treat u well. The doctor also can choose not to treat you well if they wanted too. I don't think the other ppl should take it for granted on those nice doctor. Hopefully someone can protect the doctor's right too.
