★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the results. I had my first laser done after consultation and had expressed that I prefer the conservative way for lightening the melasma. Dr Elaine listened and was very professional in explaining that conservation will have no downtime but it will take longer to be effective. She managed my expectations well.
I returned for a 2nd round, and decided that I can take some downtime which involved extra round of laser at different wavelength and injection of solution. The results was very effective, the melasma were lighten almost immediately.
Grace, whom is the nurse had been very responsive and all appointments were made through what’s apps. She would always checked on my condition post-treatment and sent reminders for my appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results, even the way the laser was applied, a simple way of tapping to pre-empt me and the ease of service in bookings. Prices are also very reasonable, no hard selling.
