Ipoh Clinic PFP (24 Hours)

Not 24hr FYI. Came here at 4am and all I can hear is aquarium's water pump.

I chose this clinic to do my professionally administered ART/PCR as it was not far from my home.The booking and payment is via WhatsApp and the response is fast. You can expect about 20 min waiting time on the day of test depending on the crowd ahead of you. It is a drive thru system and you can wait inside your car for your turn. The result will be sent to MySejahtera and you can expect a reply from them a few hours later. The only discomfort experience that I had is the way the ART test is conducted. I find the doctor is a bit rough when inserting the cotton swab inside your nostril. He should know that for some this is very discomforting and he don't have to insert the swab stick till it reached the upper cheek bone. Otherwise, it's a well managed clinic specially to conduct these tests. S. Harivinachen. Singapore

Poor service. No scan facility and nothing checking tool there. Just a simple check also can't confirm the root cause. No any consultation given. But need to pay consultation fee . Not recommend for emergency cases even 24 hours. Pls think twice to visit.

Good Clinic and doctors. So kind and listens to all our problems patiently. His way of consultation will cure our major issues. Great doctor.

I will never recommend anyone to this clinic even if it's a public holiday and there's no other clinic open! Just go to the emergency in GH. I've never seen a doctor as clumsy and unprofessional as this one. My 83 year old grandmother had a fall and her eyelid had a little cut, but the impact on her eyelid caused some swelling and blueblack. He said he will put a glue stitch for her. I had to wait outside as I wasn't alllowed into the treatment room. After treatment, my grandmother told me that he was so clumsy with the glue that he spilled the glue all over her eyelids and she couldn't even open her eye properly after that. He tried to clean the excess glue he spilled without being gentle at all. My grandmother told me he pulled the glue so roughly on that sensitive part, she said he was like scrapping the inflamed part. I had taken a picture of her eye before and after the treatment. Her eye is more red and purple now then it was before his rough handling during treatment. After all this, at the counter the nurse charged us RM 120 for this so called treatment and told us to come back! WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK! This doctor is unprofessional, he didn't even ask her about her allergies or condition before treatment. I'M REALLY REGRETTING COMING TO THIS CLINIC. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. EVEN IF YOU JUST WANT MY MONEY PLEASE DON'T HARM AN ELDERLY WOMAN! SHE WAS CRYING IN PAIN BECAUSE OF THIS DOCTOR'S CLUMSY, CARELESS HANDS OF SPILLING GLUE AND SCRAPPING THE GLUE FROM THE INFLAMMED SENSITIVE PART OF THE EYE! Latest response to the owner's reply: I BELIEVE THIS CLINIC HAS MISSED THE POINT. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN A REFUND, I'M MORE INTERESTED IN MAKING SURE THIS CLINIC DOESN'T REPEAT THIS ACTION. Looking at your reviews, I'm not the first to complain. You have given a detailed medical condition of my grandma-no necessity for medical terms, even a lay person would be able to see how clumsily and incompetently the glue stitch was administered. I have a picture to prove that. When my grandma came in she was able to open her eye and was very calm and not in severe pain. As the doctor clumsily applied the glue on the wound and (Quoting your response) "spilled the liquid on the edge of her eye lid" which obviously made it impossible for her to open her eye. Did you expect her to keep her eyes shut for a couple of days while again (quoting your response) "performing regular toileting"? Can you imagine an 83 year old woman's trauma in not being able to open her eyelid. This wasn't the case when I brought her in. THE DOCTOR CLEARLY MADE A BLUNDER IN APPLYING THE GLUE STITCH, PLS DON'T GIVE EXCUSES. It makes me more angry to see the doctor DENYING. Graciously accept the mistake. EVEN NOW THERE'S GLUE ON HER EYELID, AND HOW UNCOMFORTABLE IT MAKES HER FEEL. I'm very busy to keep chatting back and forth with your clinic. By the way, your clinic wasn't immensely overloaded with patients when I brought my grandma, she was the only patient. Even if you had immense load of patients, this isn't a valid reason to make a mistake and dismiss it.
