β β β β β Have been to several spa centre but i can say this is the worst experience. Overall experience is not comfortable at all, extreamly pushy and keep promote their product throughout the entire session. Definately won't revisit. Waste my time here.

β β β β β I wish to complain about the non-professional attitude of your beauty saloon's staffs. This is not related to any facial treatment that I have received.
I've encountered an unpleasant experience where one of the staff insulted my mother-in-law verbally in front of her colleagues while I'm doing facial. I was able to hear the entire conversation.
I don't know who the staff was. Thus, I've asked the beauty saloon and requested for a proper apology from her.
I was being informed that the staff was "so called" supervisor in the beginning, later on they told me she is a beautician trainee which has already left the saloon.
The unavailability of that staff and inconsistent position titles mentioned makes me doubt at their professionalism. I have no idea why are they defending her. When I request to meet the manager, it was declined. Then, I knocked the door and entered the manager's room. To my surprise the manager was hidding himself at the corner and gave excuses that he needs to meet another client, thus unable to entertain me.
This is very frustrating and I would like a written explanation to address my unpleasant experience at your beauty saloon. Thank you.

Pushy in making you subscribing to their packages and getting their products.
Went for facial hoping for a relaxing session but was disappointed because half the time I had to listen to how bad my skin is and how their product is the only thing that can save it.
Their half hearted facial services is appalling.

Iβve been used their products for a while and itβs helpful for my sensitive skin.
Their facial treatment are depends on which kind of skin issues that i facing.
Highly Recommended if you wish to solve your skin problem. ??????

β β β β β The staff was unbelievably dishonest and unprofessional, she refused to admit that she used plain water for facial mask (to save cost maybe?). Overall, this is one of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. Sorry.
