★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pretty upset about how my eyebrows turned out after growing it after such a long time. One was thin and the other one thick. I contacted the owner of this saloon this morning and she sincerely apologize for the mistake and thankfully offered to give me a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did gel manicure but it's messed up and not following shape of my nails. The last layer which is the third layer of gel polish doesn't cover my nail thoroughly and some nails have too much of nail polish but isn't spreaded evenly. Despite all this, threading was okay.

Especially one of the staff name Joty. I'm really satisfied with her skills. I would like to comment about staff name Mona. The way of she talk is seems like improper. Than one more is, she did first time treading for me but the skill is not satisfy. My kind advice, its good to improve her communicate with customer and skill when do treading

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lost a loyal customer. I have been going to this shop to do my nails and to thread my brows since October. Today I brought my friend to get her nails coloured only, no manicure. They somehow misunderstood it and did a a manicure instead. When it was complete, they charged me for a full manicure when in fact it was their fault for misunderstanding. Due to that, I asked for discount or any sort of compensation to me for their mistake. They completely dismissed this and was unprofessional about it. Im disappointed that they did not try to be understanding of the situation and wanted to shift the blame to me only. They have not only lost me as a customer but also my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get threading done from Ritzy, even now. They are good with it and the price combo makes them competitive and holds me back. The staffs are really kind and friendly and welcoming. However, the first time I came, i got pedicure and honestly i was so dissatisfied with their pedicure. The lady doing it was rather unskilled and lacked practice and experience. I didnt say anything to her and continued my treatment because I didnt want to demotivate her. Because I saw she was putting all she has. What Ritzy lacks is skills in their employees. They are full of potential and all they need is training. I will keep going back for threading, which they are skilled at, however, i will not go for any other services until I see new faces and samples of their work (like gel mani pedi).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here since I moved to Malaysia(more than 1 year now) and the Services provided here in Ritzy is top class and Especially Kudos to "Tanya" for making my Salon Experience even Better and she always make sure that I am comfortable during Waxing or Facial (She explained to me and Make sure that the right pressure points are Massaged to avoid Migraine )and does it very Quickly & Smoothly with out causing any sort of pain !! I recommend this Salon for everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's becoming a norm for men to groom themselves and keep a good skincare regime. Ritzy will leave you refreshed, rejuvenated, revived. Their glam setup is great. The staff here is courteous and will assist you on what treatment is suitable using herbal and natural products. Do check out their happy hour promo. It's unisex so ladies and gents, there are mani pedi, facials and waxing services for everyone.
I visited this saloon in the afternoon and had a good time pampering myself here. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon because it is near me to do gel manicure. Firstly they charged me rm25 to remove my previous gel polish. The girl who did my mani was nice however I cannot say the same thing about her work. She removed my gel with nail files, shaped my nails in a horrible way that each nail looked different and asked my to put my hand in the UV dryer an excessive amount of time (once for each nail) which I found weird because everywhere else they ask to put your hand for all 5 fingers. This showed that the person is not pro at this job. I didn’t like the outcome at all specially how my nails were shaped. The towel was very dirty and I did not see any sanitisation of the tools she used prior to using them. Would not recommend for nail services and will not go there again.
