★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't judge a book by its cover! Doesn't know how to express, does not mean arrogant. Please understand Dr Ng as she is as worried as you do. We have gone through a situation together and this has made us to understand her more.
Dr Ng has saved our daughter (age 2) from a life and death situation a year ago. My daughter was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis and was paralysed from neck to toe, then. She was hospitalised for more than 3 weeks. How heartache to see our daughter with needles all over her little hands and legs. We, as parents, were in shocked and dilemma. We were lucky to have Dr Ng, who was like an angel, who came to the rescue and guide us through this. My daughter can now walk and run.
Also, if you were to compare consultation fee among specialists, she is charging one of the lowest.
With all our hearts, we want to thank Dr Ng for the help. You are the Saviour!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ng has provided excellent health care since my son started seeing her in Jan 2020. She is a professional, intelligent and caring physician, my son is seizure free and developing well for his age. Also, we have successfully weaned off the medicine. She is a thoughtful doctor who will make follow up calls when we tried switching the medicine at the beginning stage, ensuring the kid is in good hand. I feel so blessed to have her as my son's doctor.
