The showroom is comfy. The SA is very friendly and i had a good time test driving the cx-5 2.2 diesel. But yeah the showroom quite empty. Do come here and have a test drive.

Their service department are very nice and attentive and got free coffee and food while waiting for your car.

Highly recommended this mazda service center at Jalan Ampang. I’ve had best experienced for routine services and they provide details updates from time to time during each services. They open on Sunday based on appointment ?????????. Kudos to the mazda jalan ampang staff for delivering great experience at their service center

Called in about a Battery Management warning, was asked to come in and they immediately took my car and addressed the issue. Same guy picked up the call, same guy that handled my car. Thank you. With no appointment I expected to leave the car here at least a couple of hours. Thank you.

Apalling service at this Mazda centre from start to finish: from the man on the phone (mumbling & uninterested to provide complete information) to the two men at reception ('couldn't-care-less' attitude) who couldn't even greet "good morning/good afternoon/how can I help you" when I approached the reception desk. At the end of my car's battery replacement, the guy (staff name on the invoice was Muhammad Azeem) passed me the keys and said my car was good to go.. He was okay to let me go without providing any explanation at all. When I asked what they did & what was wrong with the battery, he was not even equipped or willing to explain the details of the repair until I had to demand a proper report. Only then did he ask another service technician/manager to come out and talk to me. Even the service technician (Guna) gave a half hearted explanation and didn't provide me with the proper paperwork & warranty replacement note until I had to ask for it. Not sure why they are making it unnecessarily troublesome for customers, when this is the basic level of information that should be provided in the first place. Quality of service for a premium brand is sub-par!

Went for my 1st car service today and reached the Service Center 5 min earlier than my appointment time. The guard at the main entrance greeted me and directed me to Counter 4. Since this was my first time, I did not know who to approach. I saw a staff sitting at counter 4 with his head lowered down and busy with his phone. After awhile, he realised I was there and our conversation started. Staff: Yes? Me: I’m here for my first service Staff: You have appointment? Me: Yes. (Duh....why would I even be here if I do not have an appointment. Even now I have an appointment, you guys seemed didn’t want to entertain your customers) Staff: Your car number? He started typing on his PC after obtaining my car plate number *without even saying thank you or whatsoever* After 5 minutes. Staff: I sent you a code via sms with number. Did you receive? (I gave him the number) Staff: Ok. I need your car key. After taking my car key, he abandoned me and walked straight out to my car which I have to tail him. He checked the mileage and gestured me to go back into the center with him. Staff: Ok the service will take about one and half hour. Me: I left the center (hell) immediately to somewhere else. When I went back to collect my car, he asked me to sign on the acknowledgement form and returned me my car key. Staff: Next service will be in 5 months or 10,000km mileage. Me: Ok thank you. Staff: *Silent* When I bought my car, my agent assured me that Mazda services have improved by miles with new management and etc. That’s why Mazda cars are getting popular. However, I don’t how they have improved especially in this branch. It is so obvious that the staffs are not well-trained and not willing to work. For me, this was my first service and I expected the staffs to actually be more approachable, educate us more about the procedures and make us feel more welcome as a customer. Instead, what I received was a very cold and unwelcome kind of treatment. Kudos to the guard who at least greeted the customer - that 1 star is for you. I can see why everyone in this review page is so frustrated and agitated. At the same time, I do not know how did those good ratings come about. Can’t wait to see if they are still behaving the same during my next service.

The worst service centre ever! I will not send my car here again for next service. We made our service booking thru call on days ago but upon registration they said that we are not on the service list for the day and asked to wait for available walk in slot then what’s the point of asking us to book in advance at the first place?!! Don’t expect greeting, smiling from staffs here. They don’t even bother to serve you until we walk towards them for enquiry. Definitely worse service center visiting experience ever. A lot more to be improve and complaint. Mazda should consider to resend all their staff here back to training.

Not sure why people give 5 stars. I waited 3 hours also car not ready. Not even greeted. Bad attitude. No efficiency. Just another bad Mazda service experience in nearly all branches. No call whatsever. Good thing is the free drinks and food while u wait for nearly 4 hours
