★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff yang sangat tidak mengambil berat.. mereka lupa yang saya tunggu diluar hampir 40 minit sedangkan mereka juga yang suruh tunggu diluar.. bila ditanya semula "ye, ada apa?"
staff who are very indifferent .. they forgot that I waited outside for almost 40 minutes while they also told me to wait outside .. when asked again "ye, what's up?"
