★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i ever had seeing a doctor.
1. They charge RM70 for rtk which a must in order to see doctor.
2. Request you to walk to the back of the shop for the test, if have queue then you wait at the dark lorong.
3. When seeing the doctor, he don't even give you chance to explain and quickly prescribed you.
4. Waiting took almost an hour, but the test and seeing doctor only took less than 5 min and they have plenty of admin staff and nurses.
5. Other patient came and they just let them wait and no giving direction to them or registering them.
6. Total i paid almost RM200, RM70 for rtk test and RM128 for consultation and 3 medicines. Totally ripped off......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Upon arrival, told the counter was having fever due to booster jab. The counter staff told us need to do RTK test if fever due to booster jab
2. The nurse collecting payment told us they only accept cash, the cost for the test is RM80. We don’t have enough cash at that point of time, she asked us to walk to RHB nearby to withdraw cash, she insisted on cash payment, I told her to charge RM100, she then take out the device and process card payment!?
3. It’s our turn for the test, the doctor told no need for test if due to booster jab
I hope u understand that we’ve came to u because we are sick and need to seek medical treatment and consultation, not for fun. U want us walk to RHB nearby to withdraw cash to pay u when u can accept card payment?
Treated like a dumb, I am confused, the counter staff ask to test and the nurse collecting payment want to pocket the cash RM80 or what?
