?He very gentle when do ear suction.
?After ear operation, my ear cavity was very big, every ear suction, he was so patient.
??Very talent, he is the one found out my ear discharged was caused by nose.
? He not only a good doctor but also a great human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Puvan definitely will be my family doctor, specifically our ENT surgeon! He is approachable, calm. He is very kind to our kids and handle them gently. My son never scared to meet his specialist to check or doing some procedures on him. The way Dr Puvan explain to us is so good with all the pictures and examples. So easy to understand. Very very recommended!

My mum couldn't understand English and Malay but he used simple Chinese to explained a bit to my mum, my mum felt respected by him as well! Overall we had pleasant experience with Dr Puvan !
