Saya datang dgn cara baik nak dptkan rawatan pada pukul 9.30pm tepat. kedai difahamkan tutup pukul 10.00pm. 30 min perbezaan nya tu. Staff dgn tergesa2 nya tutup pintu masuk bila nmpak saya naik tngga untuk msuk ke klinik. Terlalu Biadap untuk jdi staff khidmat pelanggan. Sangat Tak berpuas hati.
Worst customer service ... It feels like an insult. I came in a good way to get treatment at 9.30pm. The store is said to close at 10.00pm. The difference is 30 min. The staff was in a hurry to close the entrance when I climbed up to go to the clinic. Too bad for customer service staff. Very dissatisfied.
